Research & User Experience

Creating clean and simple user experiences helps to deliver the desired customer outcomes.

We achieve this through extensive research including surveys, user and stakeholder interviews, SEO analysis, Google analytics and heuristic evaluations. Our specialist User Experience (UX) designers use this research to create ‘user personas’ which are critical in providing user centric designed solutions which meet your goals and your customers.

Design and Build

The personas are used to create the wireframes, content strategy and visual design. The UX design team will then transform the wireframes and prototypes into visually engaging, simple and refined design concepts. The next step on the journey is for our website developers to build website templates with HTML 5 & CSS3 which work across web, tablet and mobile devices.

The content management development team set up the databases to be used with the WordPress and LocationSense content management systems (CMS) which then provides the marketing team full access and control of all web content and page design including news, events, offers and social aggregation. We work with open source solutions including Drupal, WordPress and Umbraco, all integrated into the LocationSense omni channel marketing platform.

LocationSense provides innovative location based marketing solutions including geolocation, personalisation and iBeacon based context marketing. The build is fully tested before being passed for initial user testing.
