Indestinate are pleased to be working with Sandy Balls Holiday Village to maximise the website conversion by providing a redesign of the current holiday park website. We will be creating a detailed user experience strategy with the objective of improving all digital channels, to increase site traffic and vacation bookings to the luxury holiday park in the New Forest.
Sandy Balls offer unique holiday experiences in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest, Hampshire, featuring luxury accommodation, relaxing experiences all available in an unrivaled location.
We will be looking at the booking journey from the eyes of the user including creating detailed personas and an in-depth review of where the current website can be enhanced. Discovery workshops will be undertake which will shape the digital agenda and make sure the booking process is as easy and seamless as possible across the holiday park website.
We will be taking a mobile first design approach, utilising progressive enhancement to deliver the optimum experience across every device. This approach will help us to streamline the weight of each page, keeping it low in file-size which will give great benefit to mobile user being able to access content when no wi-fi is available.
The combination of responsive design, personalised content, enhanced user experience and Conversion Rate Optimisation techniques such as simplified search forms and price grids we will achieve the stated goal of increasing the bookings achieve the through holiday park website.
